Invoice

If you're the highest bidder on a vehicle and you have reached the vehicle's reserve price, you will receive a notification email containing the vehicle's invoice after the sale.

Foreign buyers

If you are a foreign buyer, you may be able to buy your vehicle without VAT and BPM (Luxury Tax). Learn more about our VAT and car documents release policy

Payment

You have up to 2 working days from receiving the invoice to make the payment. Please note that we only accept payment via Bank transfer or pin-payment at our location in Barneveld. Please make sure your invoice is paid in full and you have registered the car on your company.

Buyer fees

Pick-up

After all export documents are ready and your payment is settled you will receive a pick-up notification. Pick-up should take place within 11 calendar days. After the deadline of 11 calendar days has passed, the vehicle(s) will automatically be transported by BCA. All export vehicles should be picked up at Weeze, Germany. Trucks and material without registration plates can be picked up at Barneveld, The Netherlands. You can arrange transport via BCA ETS or a third-party independent transport company.

Car Documentation

The car documents will be send to you by post, once we received the CMR of the vehicle.
