Payment of the vehicles

You will receive a purchase confirmation per email, including the vehicle invoice within the next hour after winning the bid.

Total payment (including applicable fees) needs to be received within the following 24 hours after the sale. Please note that we only accept payment via Bank transfer. We don't accept cash.

Once the payment has been received, the export process will start.

Buyer fees

Please find below the buyer fees for vehicles bought from August 1st 2025 at BCA the Netherlands. Fees are valid for all BCA registered buyers and exclusive of 21% BTW (VAT).

Non-Dutch buyers needs to pick-up the vehicle within 10 working days after receiving the pick - up confirmation. After 10 days, the parking fee will take effect.

Below you will find our buyer fees for the European EV, BCA Bikes (bikes, cargo bikes, speed pedelecs, scooters and mopeds), wheels auctions and the BCA EuroShop.

Buyer fees BCA Bikes

Please note the following:

The fees below do not apply to motorcycles (the regular BCA buyer fees apply here). Motorcycles must always be picked up in Barneveld by a third transport company.
Pick-up costs: €5,- per unit.
Pick up within five working days after release. After this period, storage costs of €7.50 per day will be charged.

Export fee / transport fee Vendor - BCA

Export fee*	€140,-
Transport fee Vendor - BCA Transport for two-wheelers from the vendor to BCA is mandatory (€85 per unit). For a combination lot of 5 e-bikes, transport costs will be €225 in total.	€85,-

*Please note: export fee is only applicable to two-wheel vehicles with Dutch license plates.

*For companies that are not established in the Netherlands: wheel sets need to be picked up in Barneveld via a third party arranged by yourself.

Export fees and services for vehicles and motorcycles

Below, you'll find an overview of the types of exports BCA Netherlands has:

1. Export BPM digital (German export documents)

Vehicle is younger than 16-10-2006
Vehicle has luxury tax (rest-BPM)

Buyer fee	1,75% (min. € 445,-)
Export fee	€315,-
Handling fee	€25,-
MOT/ TUV/ APK*	€120,-
Mandatory transport to Weeze	** (see below)

* Possible repairs to receive a valid MOT are not included. These repair costs must be paid by the buyer. An MOT is mandatory when: MOT date is expired, or when the vehicle has a first international registration date more than 3 years, but less than 4 years back.

2. Export NL export (Dutch export documents)

Vehicle is older than 16-10-2006 (with or without luxury tax/ rest-BPM)
Vehicle is not drivable
Purchase is anything other than a drivable vehicle (motor, big truck, tyreset, bike etc.)

3. Export for non - EU buyers (only possible with Dutch export documents)

Rest BPM is not deductible for sales outside the EU. When buying a vehicle which contains “Rest BPM” this will be included in the invoice.

VAT will also be included in the invoice and can be refunded when the buyer proofs that the vehicle and/or goods left the EU.
