Buyer fees

All buyer fees are without VAT and applicable for each vehicle bought.

A buyer fee of 3.3% of the vehicle price is applicable, with a minimum of:

  • Belgian Mix: 395€

Particular cases: 

  • Alphabet: 350€ fixed fee.
  • European BEV Auction : €450 exc. VAT per vehicle. 
  • Leasing sales : 350€ HT fixed fee.
  • Euroshop : 3% of the vehicle price (450€ minimum).
  • Lynk & Co: 3 % exc. VAT of the winning bid amount.

An additional export fee of 125€ per vehicle will be invoiced for foreign buyers.

The delivery of your vehicle

From 1st July, once the payment of your vehicule is done, your running vehicle is delivered by BCA, or you have to request the delivery for a non-running vehicle.

We are very conscious about the importance for you to have your vehicle(s) delivered as soon and easy as possible.

Automatic Transport

Delivery is managed by BCA every time a running vehicle is purchased on Belgium sale, unless you want to opt-out of this service. For the delivery of non-running vehicles plese request a quote to be.delivery@bca.com

Collect by third party

Self-collection through external transport carrier means that belgium buyers or EU buyers that have opted-out of BCA Automatic Transport can organise their own transport.

Car Documents

We will send you the car documents by express mail, after receiving the corresponding proof of export:

European customers

If your company is based in an European country, please send a scanned copy of the fulfilled CMR, the carrier's insurance and the receipt of delivery declaration. The receipt of delivery declaration is attached to your release documents.
