All buyer fees are without VAT and applicable for each vehicle bought.
An additional export fee of €140 per vehicle will be invoiced for foreign buyers.
A collection fee of €25 exc. VAT is added to the Vehicle invoice.

You will receive your invoice promptly after your purchase.
From the day you receive the invoice, you will have 3 working days to pay through bank transfer
BCA Bélgica invoices all foreign buyers without VAT
From 1st July, once the payment of your vehicule is done, your running vehicle is delivered by BCA, or you have to request the delivery for a non-running vehicle.
We are very conscious about the importance for you to have your vehicle(s) delivered as soon and easy as possible.
Delivery is managed by BCA every time a running vehicle is purchased on Belgium sale, unless you want to opt-out of this service. For the delivery of non-running vehicles plese request a quote to be.delivery@bca.com
Self-collection through external transport carrier means that belgium buyers or EU buyers that have opted-out of BCA Automatic Transport can organise their own transport.

We will send you the car documents by express mail, after receiving the corresponding proof of export:
If your company is based in an European country, please send a scanned copy of the fulfilled CMR, the carrier's insurance and the receipt of delivery declaration. The receipt of delivery declaration is attached to your release documents.
If your company is not based in an European country, please send a scanned copy of the EX1
